| While Polly does not offer reflexology-exclusive sessions, she can incorporate the modality into her other work. Relfexology is a unique method of bodywork where the thumbs and fingers are used to stimulate reflex areas of the feet (and sometimes the hands) that correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Feet can be very sensitive at times, especially during a client's first experience with reflexology; areas of discomfort in the feet generally reflect areas of congestion in the corresponding region of the body. As the areas of congestion clear up, clients often find their feet become surprisingly less sensitive -- sometimes even during a single session. |

| Reflexology relieves stress and tension, which contribute to at least 75% of today's diseases. Reflexology improves nerve function and blood supply. This helps every organ and gland in the body improve balance. Reflexology can help bring the body back to normal. Whether glands and organs are overactive or underactive, reflexology assists the body in moving toward normalcy. |
